On January 15th, we had lunch with Kris “Tanto” Paronto!

Kris Paronto, known as “Tanto” to his special operations buddies was the featured speaker at the Global Faith Institute Monthly Luncheon.
There was a six-man security team in Benghazi the night of the September 11, 2012 attacks. Two of those men, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty died. Kris was one of the four who survived. They wrote a book about their experience called 13 Hours: The inside account of what really happened in Benghazi. It is a bestseller and will be made into a movie.
During the luncheon, Kris described that night and gave us information that has never been heard in the media. Stay tuned to Global Faith Institute! You’ll hear more from this American hero in the future.
