So it is today. However, as deadly and convulsive as WWII proved to be, it will indeed pale into insignificance when compared to the coming paroxysms, fueled by extreme “end-of-the-world” Islamic theology and enabled by state of the art nuclear capabilities.
To permit Iran to possess a nuclear weapon is not merely wrong-headed, it is suicidal. It will trigger a nuclear arms race in the Middle East, a region hardly known for restraint and comity, while forcing the only sane regime in the region, Israel, to act preemptively.
